Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information when it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 7–15 business days. Most orders arrive within about 2–4 weeks of being placed.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods can occasionally add extra time.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. We'll send tracking for each package.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@warmwoodco.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email hello@warmwoodco.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@warmwoodco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right. See our Return Policy for details.
